We stand by every product we offer in our website. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us within 3 days upon receipt and we will do what we can to assist you. We DO NOT accept returns on custom made or personalized items. Return shipping fees will be shouldered by buyer. Please do not attempt to return any merchandise without contacting us.
Esther+Eli reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. If order is canceled by us, buyer will be notified and will receive a full refund. However, if a transaction is cancelled after order is processed, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the full amount paid.
How do I pay for my orders?
Simply click ADD TO CART/BUY NOW and it will direct you to paypal. Paypal is a safe, fast and efficient online payment service. No paypal account? No worries. If you want to send a specific order, please use the form in the contact tab or click here to place an order. Once we receive an order, you will be sent an invoice. You will be able to do follow-ups to ensure everything goes well with your order. All communications will be done through email.
Can I order some items without using your website?
Definitely. A lot of happy customers have done successful transactions with us through email, Etsy, or through our Facebook page. (Note: We do not send out merchandise until we receive proof of payment). We are a reliable small business with a verified Paypal account and we take each order placed with us seriously.
How long does it take for my purchased items to get to me?
We process and ship most orders within 1-3 business days. However, customized orders, especially our tutu dresses need a long turnaround since they are handmade according to order received. Allow 2-3 weeks for tutu dresses to be created, processed and shipped. Please inquire regarding shipping times, especially if you need the dress immediately. We will send updates regarding your order/s to make sure you get them at the soonest time possible. If you have an order that is needed to be rushed, do let us know. We provide rush shipping as well!
How do I know if my order has shipped?
You will receive a tracking number or order confirmation through email and/or Paypal.
How do I care for my tutu dresses?
To care for tutu dresses, please be advised:
-Hang tutu dress prior to and when not in use.
-Fluff tutu by running your fingers starting from inside out.
-When wrinkly, steam tutu by turning on your hot shower and let it stay for a few minutes. That should solve the problem. Or a clothing steamer will do the quick trick.
-You may mix an equal amount of fabric softener and water in a sprayer and use it to straighten tangled tutus. Fluff or comb tulle gently with fingers while spraying the solution onto the dress. This method works marvelous and leaves your tutu smelling great!
-Do NOT put tutu in a washing machine or dryer. Spot clean or gentle handwash only.
-Wear tutu with a smile and a dash of confidence.
